While this list is not exhaustive and is subject to change, we hope it will give you an idea of what to expect. An updated schedule will be available in early 2025.

Business Meetings 
The National Chapter meeting allows us to conduct the formal business of the National Fraternity.

    

Initiation Ceremony  

Initiation allows Sisters to participate in a large-scale Initiation Ceremony with attendees from across the country.  

 

General and Educational Sessions  

The purpose of educational and general sessions is to provide programs that are specific to Alpha Xi Delta initiatives, while others might focus on topics that are a bit broader that can apply to multiple generations of attendees.  

 

Award Celebration  

Come celebrate with us at a lively reception and awards ceremony where we’ll honor the amazing successes of our Sisters, chapters, and associations! 

 

Rose Banquet  

This cherished tradition offers Sisters the opportunity to unite on the final night of Convention to celebrate everything Alpha Xi Delta. During this special event, the newest members of the National Council will be installed, and the location for Convention 2027 will be announced! 

 

Free Time 

We’ll have plenty of free time for Sisters to grab lunches and dinners together, see the fireworks on the 4th of July, have fun at the rooftop pool, and visit the many amaXIng attractions Austin has to offer. Past attendees have noted that the amount of free time provided to make new connections has been a highlight of their Convention experience!
