Lead With Heart:
Authenticity, Confidence, & Owning Your Story
Take a deep breath, close your eyes, and imagine your most authentic self. What do you see? Whether the image is hazy or crystal clear, psychology shows that this version of you matters more than you think. Being authentic can lead to better health and well-being—plus, it helps you find deeper meaning and purpose in life, no matter what path you are on.

In a world that pressures us to look, act, and be a certain way (both on and offline), being authentic isn’t always easy. However, authenticity is your superpower—and being your true self is the key to unlocking everything you desire, from a new relationship to a new career and everything in between.

In this inspirational keynote, professional speaker and journalist Tianna Faye Soto empowers you to explore the power of authenticity and how it can help you achieve your dreams, whatever they may look like. You’ll have a chance to reflect on your story, visualize your most authentic self, and practice ways to show up confidently. Because when you walk through the world being authentically you, the rest falls into place.
